Why do you charge a flat rate for your service packages, but an hourly rate for the initial clean?

1. The initial clean is an hourly rate because every household will have different needs for the first clean. Some may not require one at all, and others may take up to eight hours.

2. The reasoning for the flat rate for the service packages is because I prefer my clients to know exactly what to expect with each visit, so there are no unexpected charges, and because I like to be thorough.

If I am rushing to stay within a "time frame" things could potentially get missed. The way I see it, if it takes me a little longer on some visits and a little shorter on others, it all comes out in the wash.

 

Do I need to Pre-Clean my house before you come?

Goodness, no! I do ask that you "declutter" though, as there isn't enough time for me to include this into my service. However, if you haven't had time to do so before I come it's no big deal! I can easily pile any items up neatly for you and work around them.

Do you bring a vacuum cleaner with you?

No. For sanitary reasons, I use your vacuum in order to avoid any kind of cross contamination of pathogens or allergens from client to client.

Do I have to lock up my pets?

Absolutely not! I love animals. We can discuss this further in our consultation.
